And certainly We gave the Book to Musa, so be not in doubt concerning the receiving of it, and We made it a guide for the children of Israel. 23 And We made from among them leaders guiding by Our command when they were patient and [when] they were certain of Our signs. 24 Verily thy Lord! He shall decide between them on the Day of Judgment concerning that wherein they have been differing. 25 Hath this not guided them: how many generations We have destroyed before them amidst whose dwellings they walk? Verily therein are signs; will they not therefore hearken? 26 Do they not see that We drive the rain towards a land that is dry, then grow grain from it which their cattle and they themselves eat? Will they not see even then? 27 But they answer: "When will that final decision take place, if what you [believers] say is true?" 28 Say (unto them): On the day of the victory the faith of those who disbelieve (and who then will believe) will not avail them, neither will they be reprieved. 29 Therefore turn away from them and wait, surely they too are waiting. 30
