The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 and [when] the earth yields up her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
