Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 relieved you of the burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
