The warnings came also to Pharaoh's folk. 41 They denied all Our signs, We therefore seized them – the seizure of the Most Honourable, the All Powerful. 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or is it that they say: we are a multitude prevailing! 44 Their multitude will be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Verily, the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.) are in error (in this world) and will burn (in the Hell-fire in the Hereafter). 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 Indeed, all things We created with predestination. 49 And Our command is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We destroyed many people like you (disbelievers) but is there anyone who would take heed (of Our warning)? 51 And every thing they did is in the scriptures, 52 everything large or small, is duly inscribed. 53 Verily, The Muttaqun (pious), will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers (Paradise). 54 in a sure abode, in the presence of a King Omnipotent. 55
