Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
