The Key (Al-Faatehah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 The Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace, 3 The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) 4 It is You we worship and You we ask for help. 5 (Lord), guide us to the right path, 6 the path of those whom Thou hast blessed, not of those against whom Thou art wrathful, nor of those who are astray. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
