the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How could He have a son when He has no consort? He created everything and is aware of everything! 101 That then is God your Lord; there is no god but He, the Creator of everything. So serve Him, for He is Guardian over everything. 102 Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted. 103 Indeed there have come to you clear proofs from your Lord; whoever will therefore see, it is for his own soul and whoever will be blind, it shall be against himself and I am not a keeper over you. 104 Thus do we explain the signs by various (symbols): that they may say, "Thou hast taught (us) diligently," and that We may make the matter clear to those who know. 105 Follow, [O Muhammad], what has been revealed to you from your Lord - there is no deity except Him - and turn away from those who associate others with Allah. 106 If God had willed, they would not have associated anything with Him. We did not appoint you over them as their keeper, nor are you their guardian. 107 Revile not ye those whom they call upon besides Allah, lest they out of spite revile Allah in their ignorance. Thus have We made alluring to each people its own doings. In the end will they return to their Lord, and We shall then tell them the truth of all that they did. 108 And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths that if a sign came to them, they would surely believe in it. Say, "The signs are only with Allah." And what will make you perceive that even if a sign came, they would not believe. 109 We are turning their hearts and eyes away from the Truth even as they did not believe in the first instance - and We leave them in their insurgence to stumble blindly. 110
