The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
AlifLaamMeem. 1 This is the Scripture whereof there is no doubt, a guidance unto those who ward off (evil). 2 who believe in the unseen, establish the Salats and expend (in Our way) out of what We have bestowed on them; 3 And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure of the hereafter. 4 These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. 5 As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe. 6 God has sealed their hearts and their ears, and over their eyes there is a covering. They will have a terrible punishment. 7
