We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every thing justly weighed, 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 Your Lord will surely gather them together: Certainly He is all-wise and all-knowing. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
