Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every outcast devil, 17 except for those who stealthily try to listen to the heavens, but who are chased away by a bright flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. 20 And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
