▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have set constellations in the heavens and made them pleasing to the beholders, 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 except for those who stealthily try to listen to the heavens, but who are chased away by a bright flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 Truly, it is We who bring to life and We who cause death and We are the inheritor of all things. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
