۞ And Allah has said, "Do not take for yourselves two deities. He is but one God, so fear only Me." 51 Whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him, and His the judgement for ever. So will you fear any other than God? 52 And whatsoever of favour is with you is from Allah; then when distress toucheth you, unto Him ye cry out. 53 yet no sooner does He relieve your distress than some among you set up other partners besides their Lord, 54 showing no gratitude for what We have given them. Enjoy yourselves awhile; but soon you will know! 55 And for things unknown, they assign a portion of the sustenance We have given them; by Allah – you will certainly be questioned regarding all that you used to fabricate. 56 And they assign unto Allah daughters - Be He Glorified! - and unto themselves what they desire; 57 and when any of them is given the good tidings of a girl, his face is darkened and he chokes inwardly, 58 They try to hide themselves from the people because of the disgrace of such news. Will they keep their new born despite the disgrace or bury it alive? How sinful is their Judgment! 59 The attribute of evil applies to those who do not believe in the Hereafter, while to God applies the highest attribute, for He is Mighty, the Wise. 60
