And most surely there is a lesson for you in the cattle; We give you to drink of what is in their bellies-- from betwixt the feces and the blood-- pure milk, easy and agreeable to swallow for those who drink. 66 And from the fruits of date and grapes, for you make juices and good nourishment from them; indeed in this is a sign for people of intellect. 67 Your Lord inspired the bee, saying: "Set up hives in the mountains and in the trees and in the trellises that people put up, 68 Then eat of all manner of fruit, and follow the ways of your Lord easy to go upon.' Then comes there forth out of their bellies a drink of diverse hues wherein is healing for men. Surely in that is a sign for a people who reflect. 69 And Allah created you, and will then remove your souls; and among you is one who is sent back to the most lowly age, so knowing nothing after having had knowledge; indeed Allah knows everything, is Able to do all things. 70
