Al-Isra 8 of 12
On the day when We shall call all men with their record, and whoso is given his book in his right hand -- those shall read their book, and they shall not be wronged a single date-thread. 71 But whoso has been blind in this world shall be blind in the world to come, even farther astray from the path. 72 They indeed sought to entice you away from what We revealed to you, hoping that you might invent something else in Our name; and then they would have accepted you as a close friend. 73 And if We had not strengthened you, you would have almost inclined to them a little. 74 then We would have let you taste the double of life and death; and you would have found none to help you against Us. 75 And indeed it was close that they frighten you in the land for them to oust you from it – and if it were, they would not have stayed after you, but a little. 76 The tradition of the Noble Messengers We sent before you – and you will not find Our rules changing. 77
