And mention thou in the Book Musa: verily he was single-hearted, and was an apostle, prophet. 51 And We called him from the right side of the Mount, and made him draw near to Us for a talk with him [Musa (Moses)]. 52 And We gave him his brother Aaron, of Our mercy, a Prophet. 53 Tell also of Ishmael in the Book. He was true to his promise and was a messenger and a prophet. 54 who used to enjoin upon his people prayer and charity, and found favour in his Sustainer's sight. 55 Commemorate Enoch in the Book. He was a truthful person and a prophet, 56 and We exalted him to a lofty position. 57 These are (some of) those who were favoured by God among the prophets of the progeny of Adam, and of those We bore in the ark with Noah, and the offspring of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and We chose, for they bowed weeping in adoration when the revelations of Ar-Rahman were recited to them. ۩ 58 ۞ But then they were succeeded by generations who neglected their prayers and were driven by their own desires. They will assuredly meet with destruction, 59 except for those who repent and believe and do good deeds. These will enter Heaven, and they will not be wronged in the least. 60 Gardens of Eden that the All-merciful promised His servants in the Unseen; His promise is ever performed. 61 They will not hear therein any meaningless words. They will be greeted (by the angels) with "Peace be with you," and they will receive their sustenance both in the mornings and evenings. 62 It is the Paradise that We will bequeath to those among Our bondmen who remain pious. 63 And we do not descend but by the command of your Lord; to Him belongs whatever is before us and whatever is behind us and whatever is between these, and your Lord is not forgetful. 64 And thy Lord is never forgetful, Lord He of the heavens and earth and all that is between them. So serve Him, and be thou patient in His service; knowest thou any that can be named with His Name? 65
