We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
