Commemorate Moses in the Book. He was a chosen one, both an apostle and a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of the Mount, and brought him close for communion; 52 And bestowed on him his brother Aaron, a prophet, through Our benevolence. 53 And mention in the Book, Ishmael. Indeed, he was true to his promise, and he was a messenger and a prophet. 54 He used to enjoin on his people Prayer and Charity, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord. 55 And remember Idrees in the Book; he was indeed very truthful, a Prophet. 56 whom We exalted onto a lofty station. 57 Those were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears. ۩ 58 ۞ But there came after them an evil generation, who neglected prayers and followed and sensual desires, so they win meet perdition, 59 Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all. 60 [Therein are] gardens of perpetual residence which the Most Merciful has promised His servants in the unseen. Indeed, His promise has ever been coming. 61 No empty talk will they hear there - nothing but [tidings of] inner soundness and peace; and there will they have their sustenance by day and by night: 62 This is the Paradise those of Our creatures will inherit who take heed and fear the displeasure of God. 63 [Gabriel said], "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful - 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them! Therefor, worship thou Him and be thou steadfast in His service. Knowest thou one that can be named along with Him? 65

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
