Hast thou not seen how We sent the Satans against the unbelievers, to prick them? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
