And the trumpet shall be blown, when lo! from their graves they shall hasten on to their Lord. 51 They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth." 52 Only after a single blast of sound, they will all be brought into Our presence. 53 So today no soul shall be wronged anything, and you shall not be recompensed, except according to what you have been doing. 54 Lo! those who merit paradise this day are happily employed, 55 They and their associates will be in groves of (cool) shade, reclining on Thrones (of dignity); 56 Theirs the fruit (of their good deeds) and theirs (all) that they ask; 57 (It will be said to them): Salamun (peace be on you), a Word from the Lord (Allah), Most Merciful. 58 'Now keep yourselves apart, you sinners, upon this day! 59 ۞ “O Descendants of Adam! Did I not take a covenant from you that you shall not worship the devil? Undoubtedly, he is your open enemy.” 60 and serve Me alone: this is the Straight Way? 61 “And he has indeed led a large number of you astray; so did you not have sense?” 62 This is the Hell that you were promised. 63 Roast well therein this Day for you were unbelievers' 64 Today We shall put a seal on their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us and their feet shall bear witness to what they had been doing. 65 We could have blinded them had We wanted. Then they would have raced along to cross the Bridge but how could they have seen (their way)? 66 And had it been Our will [that they should not be free to choose between right and wrong,] We could surely have given them a different nature [and created them as beings rooted] in their places, so that they would not be able to move forward, and could not turn back.] 67
