See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 Verily, He knows each one of them, and has counted them a full counting. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
