He said: O my Lord! Expand my breast for me, 25 And ease for me my task 26 and my tongue fluent 27 That they may understand my speech. 28 And give me as assistant from my family 29 Aaron, my brother. 30 Strengthen my back by him, 31 and let him share my task, 32 "That we may celebrate Thy praise without stint, 33 And remember You much. 34 “Indeed You see us.” 35 God said, "You have been granted your request, Moses." 36 And certainly We bestowed on you a favor at another time; 37 When We told your mother what We relate: 38 "Saying: 'Put him (the child) into the Tabut (a box or a case or a chest) and put it into the river (Nile), then the river shall cast it up on the bank, and there, an enemy of Mine and an enemy of his shall take him.' And I endued you with love from Me, in order that you may be brought up under My Eye, 39 [And We favored you] when your sister went and said, 'Shall I direct you to someone who will be responsible for him?' So We restored you to your mother that she might be content and not grieve. And you killed someone, but We saved you from retaliation and tried you with a [severe] trial. And you remained [some] years among the people of Madyan. Then you came [here] at the decreed time, O Moses. 40 for I have chosen thee for Mine Own service. 41 “You and your brother, both go with My signs, and do not slacken in My remembrance.” 42 Go, both of you to Pharaoh, for he has transgressed all bounds. 43 "But speak to him mildly; perchance he may take warning or fear (Allah)." 44 They both submitted, “Our Lord indeed we fear that he may oppress us or deal mischievously.” 45 He said, “Do not fear I am with you, All Hearing and All Seeing.” 46 They came to the Pharaoh and told him that they were the Messengerss of his Lord and that they wanted him to let the Israelites go with them and stop afflicting the Israelites with torment. They told the Pharaoh, "We have brought miracles from Our Creator. Peace be with those who follow the right guidance. 47 It is revealed to us that a punishment will fall on those who belie and turn away." 48 Said Firaun, “So who is the Lord of you both, O Moosa?” 49 He said, 'Our Lord is He who gave everything its creation, then guided it.' 50 (Pharaoh) said: "What then is the condition of previous generations?" 51 He said, “Their knowledge is with my Lord, (recorded) in a Book; my Lord neither strays nor forgets.” 52 It is He who made the earth a bed for you, and traced for you paths upon it, and sends down water from the sky, and brings out through it every kind of vegetation 53 Consume them as food or for grazing your cattle. In this there is evidence (of the existence of God) for the people of reason". 54
