They will question thee concerning the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes; 105 and leave them so smoothly levelled 106 “In which you shall neither see ups nor downs.” 107 On that day they follow the summoner who deceiveth not, and voices are hushed for the Beneficent, and thou hearest but a faint murmur. 108 On that Day intercession will not benefit them except him that has received the permission of the Merciful and whose words are pleased by Him. 109 He knows what (appears to His creatures as) before or after or behind them: but they shall not compass it with their knowledge. 110 ۞ All heads will be bowed before the Living, the Eternal; and whosoever bears a load of iniquity will be full of despair. 111 whereas anyone who will have done [whatever he could] of righteous deeds, and was a believer withal, need have no fear of being wronged or deprived [of aught of his merit]. 112 And thus We have sent it down, an Arabic Recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition. 113 Therefore Supreme is Allah, the True King; and do not hasten in the Qur’an (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) until its divine revelation has been completed to you; and pray, “My Lord, bestow me more knowledge.” 114 We made a covenant with Adam, but he forgot and We found in him no constancy. 115
