They ask you concerning the mountains: "Where will they go?" Say: "My Lord will scatter them like dust, 105 and leave the earth a levelled plain 106 with neither hollows nor upthrust mounds to be seen. 107 On that day they will follow the Summoner in whom is no crookedness; voices will be hushed to the All-merciful, so that thou hearest naught but a murmuring. 108 On that day no intercession will matter other than his whom Ar-Rahman grants permission and accepts. 109 He knows all that is ahead of them and all that is behind them, while the others do not know. 110 ۞ on that Day all faces shall be humbled before the Living, Self-Subsisting One. Those burdened with evil deeds will come to grief, 111 whereas anyone who will have done [whatever he could] of righteous deeds, and was a believer withal, need have no fear of being wronged or deprived [of aught of his merit]. 112 And thus We have sent it down as a Quran in Arabic, and have explained therein in detail the warnings, in order that they may fear Allah, or that it may cause them to have a lesson from it (or to have the honour for believing and acting on its teachings). 113 So high exalted be God, the true King! And hasten not with the Koran ere its revelation is accomplished unto thee; and say, 'O my Lord, increase me in knowledge.' 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
