The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 (It is ordained that) no village We have destroyed shall return 95 Until, when Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog) are let loose (from their barrier), and they swiftly swarm from every mound. 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 'Surely you, and that you were serving apart from God, are fuel for Gehenna; you shall go down to it.' 98 Had these [false deities] been [actual] gods, they would not have come to it, but all are eternal therein. 99 there shall be sighing for them therein, and naught they shall hear. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 They will not even hear the slightest sound from it while enjoying the best that they can wish for in their everlasting life. 102 They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" - 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll for writing. Even as We originated the creation first so We shall repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us; and so We shall do. 104 We have already written in the Psalms following the Reminder, "My righteous servants shall inherit the earth." 105 herein, behold, there is a message for people who [truly] worship God. 106 We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures. 107 Say: It is only revealed to me that your Allah is one Allah; will you then submit? 108 Then if they turn away, proclaim, “I have proclaimed a war against you on equal terms; and what do I know whether the promise which is given to you, is close or far?” 109 Surely He knows what is spoken aloud and He knows what you hide. 110 I know not; haply it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time. 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge Thou with truth! And our Lord is the All-merciful; His succour is ever to be sought against that you describe.' 112
