It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 Aye! they say the like of that which said the ancients. 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say: "It is Allah's!" Say: "Will you not then remember?" 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 We have brought before them the Truth, and there is no doubt that they are lying. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
