And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 'Allah' they will reply. Say: 'How then can you be so bewitched' 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
