It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Ask them: "Say, if you indeed know, to whom belongs the dominion over all things; (Who is it) that grants asylum, but against Whom no asylum is available?" 88 They will say, "All this belongs to God." Say to them, "How are you then deluded?" 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
