SAY: "O my Sustainer! If it be Thy will to let me witness [the fulfillment of] whatever they [who blaspheme against Thee] have been promised [to suffer] 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 [Pray thus] for, behold, We are most certainly able to let thee witness [the fulfillment, even in this world, of] whatever We promise them! 95 Dispel evil with what is good. We know well what they attribute (to Us). 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 O my Lord, I seek refuge in You lest they attend me' 98 Till, when death comes to one of them, he says, 'My Lord, return me; 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 And then no sooner the Trumpet is blown than there will remain no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask one another. 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 but if it weighs less, one will be lost forever in hell. 103 the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there. 104 [It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?" 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 "Our Lord! bring us out of this: if ever we return (to Evil), then shall we be wrong-doers indeed!" 107 He shall say: Go away into it and speak not to Me; 108 Lo! there was a party of My slaves who said: Our Lord! We believe, therefor forgive us and have mercy on us for Thou art Best of all who show mercy; 109 But you ridiculed them. So much so that out of (spite) for them you forgot to remember Me and laughed at them. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on earth?" 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He will say: Ye tarried but a little if ye only knew. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King! there is no god but he, Lord of the Throne honoured. 116 If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through! 117 So say: "O my Lord! grant Thou forgiveness and mercy for Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
