Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 exclude me from the unjust people". 94 And verily to shew them that wherewith We threaten them We are surely Able. 95 Dispel evil with what is good. We know well what they attribute (to Us). 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 Till, when death comes to one of them, he says, 'My Lord, return me; 99 That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 Those whose scales are heavy shall prosper, 102 and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 Have not My revelations been rehearsed unto you, and them ye have been belying? 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 Lord, take us out of this and if we sin again, we shall certainly be unjust". 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 But you took them for a laughing-stock, till they made you forget My remembrance, mocking at them. 110 Now today I have recompensed them for their patient endurance; they are the triumphant.' 111 And He will ask: 'How many years did you live on earth' 112 They will say: We tarried by a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count! 113 [Whereupon] He will say: "You have spent there but a short while: had you but known [how short it was to be]! 114 What, did you think that We created you only for sport, and that you would not be returned to Us?' 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 Hence, he who invokes, side by side with God, any other deity - [a deity] for whose existence he has no evidence - shall but find his reckoning with his Sustainer: [and,] verily, such deniers of the truth will never attain to a happy state! 117 Say: "My Lord, forgive and have mercy. You are the best of the merciful." 118
