Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 exclude me from the unjust people". 94 Assuredly, We are able to show thee that We promise them. 95 Dispel evil with what is good. We know well what they attribute (to Us). 96 And say "O my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from the suggestions of the Evil Ones. 97 And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 so that I might act righteously in whatever I have failed [aforetime]!" Nay, it is indeed but a [meaningless] word that he utters: for behind those [who leave the world] there is a barrier [of death] until the Day when all will be raised from the dead! 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 Only those whose scales are heavier in the balance will find happiness. 102 And those whose scales (of good deeds) are light, they are those who lose their ownselves, in Hell will they abide. 103 the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there. 104 Were not My communications recited to you? But you used to reject them. 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 O our Lord! Take us out of it; then if we return (to evil) surely we shall be unjust. 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 God will say, "You have indeed remained there for a short time. Would that you knew it during your life time. 114 So do you think that We have created you needlessly, and that you do not have to return to Us? 115 Exalted then be God, the King, the Real. There is no god but He, the Lord of the glorious throne. 116 And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
