۞ Those who do not hope to meet Us say: "Why are no angels sent down to us, or why do we not see our Lord?" They are full of self-conceit and behave with intense arrogance. 21 The day they see the angels there will be no happy tidings for the sinners; and they will say: "There is an insurmountable barrier!" 22 Then We shall advance upon the work which they have done and render it as scattered dust. 23 (On the contrary) only those who have deserved the Garden, will have a good abode on that Day and a cool place for midday rest. 24 Upon the day that heaven is split asunder with the clouds and the angels are sent down in majesty, 25 The true kingship on that day belongs to the Most Gracious; and that is hard for the disbelievers. 26 And the day when the unjust one shall bite his hands saying: O! would that I had taken a way with the Apostle 27 “Woe to me – alas, if only I had not taken that one for a friend.” 28 He led me away from the remembrance after it had come to me. And ever is Satan, to man, a deserter." 29 AND [on that Day] the Apostle will say: "O my Sustainer! Behold, [some of] my people have come to regard this Qur'an as something [that ought to be] discarded!" 30 Thus do We keep opponents among the sinners for every apostle; yet your Lord is sufficient as a guide and helper. 31 The unbelievers ask: 'Why was the Koran not sent down to him all at once' As such We strengthen your heart thereby, and We have recited it very distinctly. 32 Every time they raise an objection, We will bring you the truth and the best of explanations. 33 those who are going to be driven to Hell upon their faces, have taken an utterly wrong stand and their way is most erroneous! 34
