The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Perhaps you consume yourself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
