Man says, 'What, when I am dead shall I then be brought forth alive?' 66 But does man not remember that We created him when he was nothing before? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 and then We will draw aside from each party those who were most rebellious against the Most Compassionate Lord, 69 Then, verily, We know best those who are most worthy of being burnt therein. 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 Then We shall deliver those who have feared, and shall have the wrong-doers therein kneeling. 72 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?" 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers." 75 And Allah will increase the guidance for those who have received guidance; and good deeds that remain have the best reward before your Lord, and the best outcome. 76 Have you, then, seen him who disbelieves in Our communications and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children? 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 They have sought honor from other gods instead of God. 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
