The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 What, have they not regarded the earth, how many therein We have caused to grow of every generous kind? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
