The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 Your Lord is surely mighty and merciful. 9
