The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Verily therein is a sign; yet most of them are not believers. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
