The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it]? 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Do they not see the earth, how We grow all kinds of noble things upon it? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
