The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
