۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
