۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
