۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
