۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
