Tell them the story of Abraham, 69 Behold, he said to his father and his people: "What worship ye?" 70 They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted." 71 He said: Do they hear you when you call? 72 or do they profit you, or harm?' 73 They said, “In fact we found our forefathers doing likewise.” 74 He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping, 75 you and your forefathers of yore? 76 they are all my enemies, not so the Lord of the Universe, 77 Who created me and showed me the way, 78 "Who gives me food and drink, 79 And when I sicken, then He healeth me, 80 And He Who will cause me to die, then give me life; 81 And Who, I ardently hope, will forgive me my sin on the Day of Judgment. 82 My Lord: Grant me wisdom, and join me with the good 83 "Grant me honourable mention on the tongue of truth among the latest (generations); 84 and make me of those who will inherit the Garden of Bliss, 85 "Forgive my father, for that he is among those astray; 86 and do not put me to shame on the Day when all shall be raised from the dead: 87 the day when neither wealth nor sons shall profit 88 and when he alone will be saved who comes to God with a sound heart." 89 And Paradise shall be brought forward for the godfearing, 90 whereas the blazing fire will be laid open before those who had been lost in grievous error; 91 and they will be asked: "Where now is all that you were wont to worship 92 Beside Allah? Can they succour you or succour themselves? 93 Then the idols and those who strayed will be hurled into the Fire headlong, one upon another, 94 And the soldiers of Iblees, all together. 95 And they will say, when they are quarrelling therein: 96 "By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error 97 when we made you equal with the Lord of all Being. 98 It was but the guilty who misled us. 99 and now we have none to intercede on our behalf, 100 "'Nor a single friend to feel (for us). 101 If only we could return and be among the believers!" 102 Verily there is a sign in this, but many of them do not believe. 103 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
