The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said, 'What knowledge have I of that they have been doing? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
