The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Do they not look at the earth, how We caused a variety of fine vegetation to grow from it (in abundance)? 7 Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans, etc., who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
