The people of Noah gave the lie to the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They replied: 'Are we to believe you whom the lowliest follow' 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He said: My Lord! Lo! my own folk deny me. 117 Therefore judge Thou between me and them with a (just) judgment, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
