The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
