The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: "If you cease not, O Nuh (Noah)! You will surely be among those stoned (to death)." 116 Then Noah said, "Lord, my people have rejected me. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
