And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no hire therefor; my hire is but with the Lord of the worlds. 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 It is for my Lord to bring them to book, if you can understand. 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 and drowned the others. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And indeed your Lord, only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
