The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no hire therefor; my hire is but with the Lord of the worlds. 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They replied: 'Are we to believe you whom the lowliest follow' 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
